Booking Instructions For X Combat

Quick & Easy

• We unfortunately don't temporarily hold slots or take bookings over the phone
• Check our calendar below to see availability
• We take two bookings per session, which are not put against each other but use separate parts of the field
• Fill in the booking form
• Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis
• Wait for the confirmation email and invoice for the deposit which will have our banking details in it
• This may take a day, as we are often working at the field
• Pay the deposit using the invoice number as reference to confirm your booking
• Email proof of payment to info@xcombat.co.za
• Check to make sure your booking is confirmed on our Booking Status page. This may take a day or two. If it does not show after this time please contact us
• We have indemnity forms at the field but if you would like to download one and get the parents to sign please download here: Airsoft    Paintball    Lasertag
• Arrive about 20 minutes before your booking time and we will take it from there
