X Combat Deposit Terms & Conditions

General

• A deposit of R2000 will be requested when booking a session. The deposit is deducted from the final amount on the day
• Banking details will be sent once the booking has been processed
• No booking is guarenteed until the full deposit is paid
• Game times will not be extended if a group arrives late
• Groups not arriving on the day or after their booking time will forfeit their deposit
• Groups arriving with less than 10, R2000 (minus the deposit paid) will be charged
• Paintball groups will get 1000 paintballs to share
• Airsoft groups will get 2500 BB's to share
• X Combat reserves the right to black list any group, team or individual that has not followed our rules and regulations at our field or at another field
• Please note the rates on this site may not be up to date. Please contact us for up to date rates

Weather

• Paintball and airsoft are all weather sports, so cancelations by groups due to rain, heat etc are not accepted and the deposit will be forfeit
• If the weather is very bad, X Combat will phone the groups on the day to see if they would like to still play or move their booking
• Lasertag unfortunately can't be played in the rain. If a light drizzle, the games may be able to continue
• Weather reports are often incorrect so decisions will be made the day before regarding the weather

Cancellations By X Combat

• If X Combat cancels a booking, the booking can be moved to another date or the deposit will be fully refunded

Cancellations By Group

• Unfortunately, due to us turning away potential bookings when a booking has been confirmed, we have had to implement the following
• If the cancellation is before 6 days of the booking, an admin fee of 25% of the deposit will be charge
• If the cancellation is within 6 days of the booking, an admin fee of 50% of the deposit will be charge
• This includes things like people being sick, schools changing sports times, not wanting to play in the rain etc

Moving a booking

• Unfortunately, due to us turning away potential bookings when a booking has been confirmed, we have had to implement the following

• If the booking is moved within 6 days of the booking, an admin fee of 50% of the deposit will be charge
